To request an Exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team via email at support@raaslilacouture.com or through our Contact Us page. Please provide your order number and a clear description of the issue.
Review: Our team will review your request and may require additional information or photos to process your request promptly.
Exchange Approval: Once your request is approved, we will initiate the Exchange process. The garment will be picked from your address & a new garment will be delivered to the same address.
Exchange Timeline:
Exchanges may take up to 5 working days to process from the date of approval.
